The things we do for great pics!!

So I photographed an adorable little family tonite! Mom and Dad are so cute with their kiddos, we were struggling to get the kiddos to both look at the camera at the same time smiling and happy. It wasn't working out to well, the kids didn't think I was funny AT ALL and so cute Mom and Dad came up with a shoe throwing game. They would launch the kids shoes over my head and in to the grass which caused the kids to A) LAUGH and B) to look at the camera at the same time!!   BRILLIANT!!! This is why I find it so important to listen to parents and families and let them direct the shoot and give me advice on what works on their kiddos!!!  The parents and kids were such great sports and we ended up with some great photos!!!  Thanks shoe family!!!!

Fabulous Fall!!!

I have been out in the gorgeous mountains up here in Midway taking family fall pictures!! The colors up here are breathtaking, I wish our mountains could look like this year round.  We are doing a special right now

The Triplets

So my good friend bless her heart has TRIPLETS!!!! These are the sweetest little babies ever and I just love to smoosh them and love on them whenever I have the chance. I had the privilege of doing some photos for her yesterday and WOW! She is super mom, we had to grab not just one outfit and matching things but three!!! We had quite the crew of people to help us out with props, feeding and snack duty! I know I needed a Diet coke and a nap after and I am betting so did their cute mom!!  So here is a tiny peek at one of the girls.

my ADD

So i am pretty sure i have adult ADD!! I cannot stay on task EVER! I edit a few pics then wander my house,put some stuff away and then start cleaning something and then forget what I was doing in the first place! So this little guy did not like me at first but I charmed him with an adorable red fire truck and then we were the best of friends! Here are a few from his session

blogging drives me crazy!

I am so not good at this whole blogging thing! My blog is pretty plain but it will have to do! If any one wants to volunteer to pimp out my blog let me know and I will trade for some photography!

It seems as though there is never enough time in the day! I am ready for bed and it is only 8! Anywho here is a little snippet of a shoot I did of the triplets in their blessing clothes. Mr.W was so sad and did not want me to take his picture at all, I did get a few I will post later but here are some of Miss A and other Miss A!!!

We went to the zoo yesterday for the second grade field trip and we had a blast! Tons of kids running around, great weather, great day. I snapped a few pictures but when you are in charge of 6 kiddos who has the time? I had to share this picture of Mr. turtle though because he is so stinkin adorable!!! K I really just wanted to take him home!
